Our Dinner Delivery Service is served from Monday to Friday. No Service on Saturday,
Sunday, Public Holiday & Eve of Chinese New Year. (There will be no refund on these days.)

There will be no delivery of food on 24th & 31th December and it will be refunded on your
next payment day. (If these days fall on weekday.)

Service payment is payable on the 1st day of service (advance payment). We reserve the right
to terminate if payment is not made on the 3rd day of the service (include returned cheque).
Please put cheque into the first level of the food carrier, do not put Cash.

Two food carriers will be loaned to customer to exchange on every day and returned to us
upon termination of service.

Customer is responsible for the Cleanliness, Lost and Damage of the food carrier and is
not allowed to burn the food carrier directly under the fire.

Customer caters for 4 days per week can opt for any weekday of the week not to be served
and this day must be fixed.

Please do not cook Rice on every Wednesday, as Combo Menu will be given on that day.
[ Combo Menu example: Mee Hoon / Vegetable / Chicken Wing / Soup & etc.]

Customer is allowed to have a maximum of 2 days refund per month. For termination, the
refund day will be replaced on the following termination day. No refund or replacement
for customer who caters 4 days per week.

Please inform at least ONE WORKING DAY advance before 5pm (Mon-Fri) for any
cancellation of the meal. No Refund will be given if informed on the same day.

Termination of service must be informed at least 2 WORKING DAYS advance. A
surcharge of S$3.00 will be imposed for collection of container if terminate on the same or
after the starting date.

Outstanding day will be charged at $5.00 per person per day.

Customer is not allowed to terminate their meal within the service meal.
