This timeless vermicelli dish is cook to perfection with the help of Japan-imported rotary fryer. Stir-fried with vegetables, it’s a comforting main dish that goes perfectly with our Signature Curry Chicken. Some even said they are match-made in heaven! Fun fact: Even though the dish is named after Singapore (Sin Chow is an old name for Singapore), this dish is not commonly found here, in fact, it’s a Cantonese creation, popular in the restaurants, street stalls and tea houses in Hong Kong.
