At Neo Garden, we go beyond providing food for celebrations, we bring people together, connecting people and building meaningful relationships. We believe in the Kampung Spirit, and we want to nurture a culture of sharing and giving amongst our people, inspiring them to grow in their capacity to give back to the community that has helped us become who we are today. Our contributions take on various forms – monetary contributions, food-in-kind donations, and long-term corporate engagement. Every staff is also encouraged to volunteer at activities with the underprivileged. We hope that with us as an example, more individuals and companies will join us in embracing the values of giving. After all, the smallest act of kindness can make a huge difference - it all begins with the love of giving. Here are some of Neo Seed’s past & present initiatives and contributions:

Begin with Love (2016 – PRESENT)

We all love a big bang on New Year’s Day. And we want to share that cheer with everyone in the community. That’s why all our catering brands come together every year on January 1st to donate 100% of our revenue on that day to selected beneficiaries. And our customers like that. More of them have come forward to show their support, helping us rake in close to a million dollars’ worth of donations since we started in 2016.

Blood Donation Drive (2017 – PRESENT)

We hold blood donation drives in three locations across our different offices twice a year. Apart from employees, we also invite our customers and partners to join us in our effort to save lives. Up till today, we’ve donated close to 5,000 packets of blood. Given that each packet can help 3 people in need, that’s about 15,000 people altogether. It’s a small action that can literally change someone else’s life. And we endeavour to do more for them.
