Catering Website Terms & Conditions

Neo Garden Catering Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.neogarden.com.sg (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through Neo Garden sales hotline at 6896 7757 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.

These Terms & Conditions apply to any order with Neo Garden.

  • Delivery Hours: 7.00am to 7.30pm
  • Hotline Hours: 9am to 7.30pm
  • A $100 surcharge applies for delivery before 7.45am
  • Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation
  • A minimum order of $300 applies for all delivery orders (minimum order amount maybe adjusted for Festive period)
  • No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders
  • A delivery charge of $45 - $100 to a single delivery point applies for each order via Hotline/ Website
  • Delivery charge of $45 ($48.60 w/GST) per trip is applicable for mini buffet and mini party set orders
  • Delivery charge of $90 ($97.20 w/GST) per return trip is applicable for regular buffet orders
  • A $10 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23; Bras Basah – 18, 19; Alps Ave – 49
  • Festive surcharge of $20 - $30 is applicable for all delivery orders
  • Surcharge of $50 - $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing
  • Neo Garden accepts payment methods like PayNow, Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required
  • A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments. The prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge
  • Prices shown are exclusive of GST
  • For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date
  • An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made
  • 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 1 working day prior to the event date
  • No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itself
  • Due to the labour intensive job's nature, a 10% service charge is applicable for waste management, labour & equipment set up.
  • Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification
  • We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit
  • To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Neo Garden will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight.
  • All items/ dishes and Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Food visuals shown are for illustrative purposes only

$50 OFF Mini Buffet Feedback E-Voucher

  • Applicable for Mini Buffet orders only.
  • Discount does not apply to menu add-ons, side orders, delivery charges, or other surcharges.
  • Valid for one-time use only and cannot be split across multiple orders.
  • Limited to 1 voucher redemption per order.
  • Resale of voucher is not permitted. In the event a resold voucher is discovered, Deli Hub Catering Pte Ltd reserves the right to invalidate the voucher.
  • Please declare usage of voucher before placing your order.
  • Not valid with other promotions, discounts, or members' privileges.
  • Valid only if order is made at least 72 hours in advance (subject to availability).
  • Voucher may be amended or withdrawn with prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
  • Not applicable on eve of public holidays, public holidays, and peak seasons (as advised by salesperson).
  • Voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • In the event of dispute, Neo Garden Catering Pte Ltd holds the final decision
